Blanket for Baby

In my case, that "something else" has been nesting.
And crocheting.
A lot of crocheting.

The pattern is a Crochet Shell Stitch Baby Blanket done in Bernat Satin.
and the border is from another pattern, the Delicate Web Wrap.
I did it in this great sage green,
and added an extra row of half-double crochet stitches
around the border to create more cupped shells.

I'm SO pleased with how it turned out...
and since it's for someone very special, I wanted it to be perfect :)
